Select lot & house model

Choose your home and location from the currently offered units, as well as determining any upgrades you may wish during a discussion with our sales team.

Review & sign Agreement of Purchase & Sale

Once a price and tentative closing date has been determined, you will review and sign the Agreement of Purchase and Sale to buy the home that will be built just for you. It will then be presented to the Builder for review and acceptance.

Provide deposit(s)

Upon an accepted offer, an initial deposit of $3,000 is provided to the builder within 48 hours. This is fully refundable should the agreement not go firm. When all conditions have been removed, a further deposit of 10% of the purchase price is necessary within 48 hours.

Deal goes firm

Once the deposit has been received (as stated in the APS) and all conditions are fulfilled, the deal goes firm! Congratulations! You are now well on your way to owning a brand new home.

Design Appointment - Colours and Finishes

Your design consultant will contact you to book your design appointment.

Here, you will select a color package from the options currated by our designer and select any upgrades to further enhance your new home.

Design selections sign-off and upgrades deposit

To finalize your decisions, you are required to sign off on design selections and upgrades and forward a 10% deposit on the total value of the additional upgrades you selected.

*Please note that no further changes will be allowed once the final sign-off on design selections and upgrades is confirmed.*

Construction starts

As construction commences, our Customer Experience Manager will keep you updated with regular progress reports. You will have the opportunity to observe your new home taking shape and monitor the building process every step of the way through frequent emails with photos and videos attached.

Finance and Closing preparation

An updated proof of finance to ensure accurate and current financial information for our records will be requested to ensure a smooth transition through your closing date.

We will send the final closing details to the builder's lawyer to facilitate the preparation of the Statement of Adjustments.

Pre-Delivery Inspection

Approx. 14 days before the scheduled closing date, a pre-delivery inspection will be conducted to meticulously assess and review your home's features and systems.

Closing date

Big Day! Today, you will receive your keys. We recommend scheduling your move for the following day since you'll likely gain access to your house keys in the afternoon. Welcome home!

After close check-in

Within the first 1-2 weeks after your closing date, a member of our service department will reach out to ensure that you are enjoying your initial days in your new home and to address any concerns or questions you may have. Your satisfaction is our priority.

30 Day post closing warranty

You have the option to submit a 30-day Tarion warranty form if you believe there are any outstanding items that require attention in your new home. Following the submission, our service team will contact you to schedule a service date for addressing these items.

1 & 2 Year post closing warranty

Should you identify any concerns with your new home that fall within their respective warranty coverage, you have the option to report these concerns directly to us or through your Tarion profile using the 1-year and 2-year warranty forms. Your peace of mind and satisfaction are important to us.

Your 3 to 7 years Tarion warranty begins.

Even if the house is sold, the coverage is still in place for a maximum of seven years after you sign the Agreement of Purchase & Sale. Every warranty has specific restrictions and requirements for both your vendor/builder and you as the buyer and owner of the home.
