Your initial design appointment encompasses a comprehensive review of the electrical and mechanical plans, along with the opportunity to discuss any upgrades or modifications you wish to incorporate before finalizing the plans for submission as part of the building permit application.
You have the option to schedule a personalized kitchen design appointment if you wish to elevate and tailor your kitchen to meet your specific needs and preferences.
Final design appointment - colours and finishesEnhance your interior living space with a personal touch during our final design meeting by selecting materials and finishes for the interior spaces.
We will need your sign off on the design selection and upgrades to make it final and collect a 10% deposit on the total value of the additional upgrades you selected.

As construction commences, our Customer Experience Manager will keep you updated with regular progress reports. You will have the opportunity to observe your new home taking shape and monitor the building process every step of the way through frequent emails with photos and videos attached.
A pre-drywall walkthrough with one of our team members will be scheduled to acquaint you with your new home.
An updated proof of finance to ensure accurate and current financial information for our records will be requested to ensure a smooth transition through your closing date.
We will send the final closing details to the builder's lawyer to facilitate the preparation of the Statement of Adjustments.
Pre-Delivery InspectionApproximately 14 days before the closing date, a pre-delivery inspection will be conducted to meticulously assess and review your home's features and systems.
Big Day! Today, you will receive your keys. We recommend scheduling your move for the following day since you'll likely gain access to your house keys in the afternoon. Welcome home!
Within the first 1-2 weeks after your closing date, a member of our service department will reach out to ensure that you are enjoying your initial days in your new home and to address any concerns or questions you may have. Your satisfaction is our priority.
You have the option to submit a 30-day Tarion warranty form if you believe there are any outstanding items that require attention in your new home. Following the submission, our service team will contact you to schedule a service date for addressing these items.
Should you identify any concerns with your new home that fall within their respective warranty coverage, you have the option to report these concerns directly to us or through your Tarion profile using the 1-year and 2-year warranty forms. Your peace of mind and satisfaction are important to us.
Even if the house is sold, the coverage is still in place for a maximum of seven years after you sign the Agreement of Purchase & Sale. Every warranty has specific restrictions and requirements for both your vendor/builder and you as the buyer and owner of the home.
