Here’s how our LIMITED-TIME Co-Broke Program rewards your hard work:
1st Deal includes: 2.5% commission on all new and move-in ready homes
2nd & 3rd Deals include: 2.5% commission + $1,000 bonus
4th Deal includes: 2.5% commission + $1,500 bonus
5th Deal and beyond includes: 2.5% commission + $2,500 bonus per home
To top it all off, our highest-selling realtor of the year will earn an additional $5,000 cash bonus.
