Your Dream Home, Built Your Way.

From lot selection to personalized finishes, our expert team guides you through every exciting stage of bringing your vision to life.

Step One: Sales

Select Your Home: Choose your lot, model, and upgrades with the sales team.

Agreement of Purchase and Sale (APS): Review and sign the Agreement of Purchase and Sale, including price and tentative closing date. Provide cheques, e-transfer, or wire transfers for deposits. Provide the lawyer's name and information.

Conditional Period: Five (5) calendar days conditional period on townhomes.

Firm Agreement: Once proof of financing and legal review is confirmed the deal is FIRM. Your APS will be sent to your lawyer, along with Proof of Finance.

Step Two: Design Selections

Design Appointment: With the help of one of our consultants, you will choose your desired finishes and upgrades. Once your deal is firm your consultants will book you a design appointment within two weeks.

BuilderTrend Portal: If you wish to price out upgrades before your design meetings you will receive a login to a portal where you can price out design options.

Finalization: Sign-off on selections and provide a 10% deposit on upgrades. Changes are not permitted after sign-off.

Step Three: Construction

Updates: Receive regular progress reports including photos of your home being built.

Customer Pre-drywall Walkthrough (optional)

Proof of Finance: Provide updated proof of finance before the closing date.

Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI): Conducted approximately 14 days before closing to review your home’s features and systems.

Closing Day: Receive your keys (typically in the afternoon). We recommend scheduling your move the following day.

Step Four: Post-Closing Support

Courtesy Check-In: Our service department will contact you within 1-2 weeks to address any questions you may have.

Initial Form Warranty: Submit a Tarion form for unresolved issues. Service appointments will be arranged as needed.

Warranty Period: Report issues through Tarion or directly to Park View Homes under the 1, 2, or 7-year warranty coverage.
