Almost a year in, and I absolutely love the town. It gave us the affordability to get a house we would never DREAM of closer to the city!
Still close enough to Ottawa that it’s an easy drive in to shop or for entertainment, etc. (Also only an hour to Kingston, which has also been nice!)
The more I get to know Smiths Falls, the more I find that there are some real gems of little restaurants and cafes, and plenty of fun things to do in the spring/summer especially.
